SELF-EDUCATION OF THE EDUCATOR IN A MODERN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTION

چکیده

The article actualizes the issue of educator’s self-education in a modern preschool institution. It is noted that conditions reforming and updating system education one priority tasks formation creative personality specialist capable self-development, self-education, innovation. study shows Ukraine’s integration into international European society an update aimed at training educated, creative, competitive professionals who are ready to meet today’s new challenges adopt apply concepts, projects, innovative methods, educational tools able constantly learn. content concept “self-education” as integral ability, result improving professional competence, which master, review, clarify information, disseminate practices self-improvement self-realization interests needs educators education. proved context activity educator determined by its qualitative personal characteristics, includes theoretical knowledge, pedagogical skills, mastering technologies, forms teaching educating children, learning implementing best practices, achievements psychological science, organization process education, readiness for continuous preschool, order ensure effectiveness this activity.
